Hello EA Support,
This morning I tried to redeem the “BRIGHTLIGHTS” code in FC Mobile. When I entered it, nothing happened — I didn’t receive any reward or message in my in-game inbox.
Now, when I try to redeem it again, the system says that each player can only redeem the code once, even though I never received the reward the first time.
Could you please check my account and help me get the reward, or reset the redeem status for this code?
