Problems with the BRIGHTLIGHTS code redemption and the webstore.

The same problem here. I don't receive anything. I have this error *The offer is limited to one redemption code per player." 

I tried redeeming it on both device of my phone and laptop the system said "The offer is limited to one redemption code per player." every single time, after checking in game I didn't receive any message or rewards in mailbox like usual.

i tried redeeming code BRIGHTLIGHTS but it said the code is limited to one per person, and when i checked my game i didn't receive anything. Please help me out i rly need those gems and rank up points.
