Problems with the BRIGHTLIGHTS code redemption and the webstore.

Hello Support Team I'm having trouble receiving my gift when I redeemed the new code "BRIGHTLIGHTS." I was successful on the code redemption site, but when I entered the game, I didn't receive anything. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible. Have a nice day!

    I was trying to redeem today's code BRIGHTLIGHTS but no luck, first its was saying "something went wrong" and the second time that the code is only per person but i didn't get any reward.

    And when i try enter in extra time section it just says to try again later. Pls check you game EA and don't expire today's code because i need the reward.

    i tried redeeming the BRIGHTLIGHTS code but it was showing please try again.When i tried after some time it showed that only one player can claim at a time.So please can you fix the bug

    Hi there, 

    I can't receive the code BRIGHTLIGHTS, logd in and added the code but at first the website asked me to confirm the email and after that showed me that I already received the reward which is not correct!

    I've managed to claim redeem code's reward but extra time section gives me "something went wrong" error.

    Today I tried redeeming the new code BRIGHTLIGHTS but an error message popped up..when I tried to do that again it showed that offer is for only 1 person per redeem code....

    Please Ea fix this and give me my rewards....last time also same thing happened with 104 dunga code

    I am login into ea reedem.com and when I put redeem code it shows something went wrong try again later.

    After few minutes I am reenter the reedem code and it shows this item is once per user,but I didn't recieved any item pack in my fc mobile inbox.

     Please help me to get the item of the reedem code 'BRIGHTLIGHTS'.

    i redeemed the code "BRIGHTLIGHTS" but it said error at first then when i redeemed the second time it said "code can only be redeemed once" and when I checked my mail in fc I saw the reward wasn't even there and now i can't redeem the code?? I need the rewards to my account

    Please EA fixed this bug, the Code "BRIGHTLIGHTS" was error in web and in game i didn't receive anything when i input the code again it says "only one redeem per code" but i didnt receive anything
