Problems with the BRIGHTLIGHTS code redemption and the webstore.

Hello Support Team I'm having trouble receiving my gift when I redeemed the new code "BRIGHTLIGHTS." I was successful on the code redemption site, but when I entered the game, I didn't receive anything. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible. Have a nice day!

    I can't even redeem it from the redeem website. It shows this offer is available only once. I didn't even claim it

    I also have the same issue where the code 'BRIGHTLIGHT' is already redeemed but I have not redeemed and I didn't receive the reward too

    Kindly fix this bug/issue

    I entered the diwali redeem code and it said something went wrong please try again and when I retried it, it said can’t use the same code more than once and i checked my game inboxes I didn’t even get the reward

    Kindly fix the glitch
