Problems with the BRIGHTLIGHTS code redemption and the webstore.

Hello Support Team I'm having trouble receiving my gift when I redeemed the new code "BRIGHTLIGHTS." I redeemed it and it showed error but now when i try again it says it was already redeemed but i did not receive it, any advice to resolve?
