Purchase limit exceeded, Please adjust the quantity before buying

I am facing this issue for 2 weeks whenever I try To claim my reward in Heroes New event this message popup's please fix this bug otherwise I am gonna miss my rewards my efforts will be punished just because of this bug

    Ea support isn't responding me so im stuck in laligas chapter in tots

  • It Shows Like I Collected Already But I Didn't Claimed That Reward Just Because Of This Error Whenever I try To Claim it This Message Pop-up What Should I Do Now If I Couldn't Collect That Reward They Not Gonna Allow Me To Progress This New Heroes Event

    @PhanTom_X_GoD It looks like you're attempting to claim something you already claimed. Whats the reward you're claiming? Have you tried the next one?
