Hello, I would like to change the country/region on my EA account from Vietnam to Australia. I am currently living in Australia. After I changed my account region infomartion in EA account, I still can not buy anything from the EAstore.Could you please help me update my account region? Thank you.
What should I do if I want to buy from the store? This account was created in 2015 but in 2023 EA no longer support for the store in Viet Nam.
Community ManagerHi, unfortunately, we can't change the region your FC Mobile account was originally registered in. Updating your account details won't change the account's registration region, which is why you're still unable to make purchases.
