Quest Bug

I have completed my quest but it does not show as completed and does not give the subsequent reward. The quest is to get 11 players to reach level 25. Please look into the problem. I have spent many hours into the game. I expect compensation for this mockery and also the solution to this issue. Thanks you EA.
