Question - when the game is gonna get an update

Guys when the game is gonna get an update like it's boring and pay to win, ever since the shards system got removed there's nothing you can do to get an actual good player. And not only that the draft system is such a scam you get an 110ovr player all the time, like seriously is this for real?
