I have opened quite a lot of packs today ( ragnarocks packs ) and when I went to shard exchange for exchanging the players, I dont see any players there for exchange and thought I should address this issue to see If other players are experiencing similar issue.

I have Ragnarok players in my squad but those players are not visible on the ragnarok player to shards exchange page, please look into this…
Same issue. Only 1 player was visible for the exchange, instead of the total amount of Ragnarock players I have

I have the same issue too, I gathered a few 102-106 ragnarok might winter players, but none are appearing in the shard exchange section

Same. Event runs for 45 days if I’m correct so hopefully it gets fixed within the next week or so.
