rank up a player impossible despite dublicate in listing

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:Apple iPad
What's your device's make and model? iPad Air (3rd generation)
What's your device's firmware? Apple
What is your game version? FC Mobile newest
In what game mode did the bug occur? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to rank up a player: Federico Chiesa. I have an identical player in my players list but it indicates "No available players" even though I have him. Is there a general bug or a way to check the identical player? I have tried in the EA Help section. they guided me to check here an report a bug
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 5:52 PM and several times before

I know ranking up conditions and that it consumes duplicate versions of that player item. I know I need to use the same version of that player and as far as I can see I have the same but it does not work. Can you look into my account, again the player is Federico Chiesa

    @donnyrr20 Per above - if you have a tradable and untradable then you need to either rank the tradable card, or if you want to rank the untradable because you have already trainings, you need a matching rank tradable

    @1a8wnjf2l5vt if you have the untradeable one and a store one, you can only rank up the store version … open each player to see which is tradeable and then rank up that one

    i tried seeing the rank up screen on both of them and still it shows no players available one of them is store bought

    @mendozzamagicI was trying to do a similar thing with a Store bought Frimpong (Purple Rank) and an untradeable Frimpong (Blue Rank) the other day. It seems that it is not possible to upgrade the store bought one with the untradeable one either (as the blue rank card didn't show up on the available items for rank up). I am not sure if this is intended or not, so I am here seeking clarification =)

    @HILLOC16 your blue one must be in a line up somewhere … you can’t rank an untradable with a tradable of a lower rank (not entirely sure why, but I’m sure they had their reasons), but there is no such restriction on tradable cards.

    If the blue card is in a line up he will have a little shirt showing on his card in your player list.

    Same here, i have 2 players that are exactly the same, same rankup levels, same type of card, the only difference is the training level and one is tradable while the other isnt

    I had this situation: I had untradable Raajkard 103 ovr CM. I got 100 tradable Raajkard, which I ranked to 103 to match untradable one. Than I wanted to rank tradable to earn some money but I was not able even though I had two exact card same ranked.
