EA its 9:50 PHT and I didn't receive my reward compensation since I didn't got the 200 draft token glitch. When will I receive my compensation?

Hello EA it is 6:45 BST on Thursday yet I has still not received the glitch compensation.This is giving an unfair advantage to my opponents who either did get the package or got the glitch.
