- Player ID (Select the setting icon > UID):
- Which game modes are locked (please list all that should be unlocked)?
- Have you completed and claimed each node in the related quest?
- What Device (make/model) are you using?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- Do you have any device or app updates pending?

I can’t access division rivals as it says to complete fc lessons intermediate which I have already completed and can’t access. Very frustrating I’ve tried deleting and re downloading. My format is IPhone.
