I don't think that licensing is the problem because in tournament I can choose national team, there is official logo and kit in game but not in the locker room so it would be necessary to add in the locker room section and that’s it, as I mentioned there are for the rest of the parts, so i don't think that there is problem with licenses, I think they just don't added in lockeroom, which will not take much work, because the logo and uniform are in the game but not in the locker room

@aq3xkzsbr8kl So - the tournament and all its teams will come as a licence for the tournament … that is different to the individual team and its players being licensed for inclusion in the general game.

It was the same for some countries during the World Cup - it comes down to individual football associations and what they will licence for inclusion.
