Hello EA Support Team,

I am facing a bug in FC Mobile where the Weekend Challenge quest is not being counted.
I have completed the Weekend Challenge twice (on two different days), but the quest progress did not update, and I did not receive the quest reward.

Details:

Game: FC Mobile

Quest: Weekend Challenge (Quest/Mission)

Issue: Completed the challenge, but the system did not count it

Dates completed: [27/12/2025] and [28/12/2025]

Player ID: *snip*

I have attached screenshots showing that the Weekend Challenge was completed but the quest remains incomplete.

Please look into this issue and help credit the missing quest progress/reward.
