Re: [Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

Hello EA Team,

I am facing an ongoing issue with the Weekly Quests – Festive Fixtures Weekly Challenge.

For two consecutive weeks, I have completed all the required objectives, including joining and playing the Weekend Challenge, yet the task “Join a Weekend Challenge (0/1)” does not register. Because of this, the CLAIM button remains disabled, and I am unable to collect the weekly reward (Rank Up Points).

Important points to clarify:

• I have played and completed Weekend Challenge matches fully
• This issue has repeated across two weekly resets
• Restarting the game and re-entering the event did not resolve it
• The progress shows 3/4 completed, even though all objectives were done

This appears to be a server-side tracking or synchronization bug, not a gameplay issue. It is frustrating to miss out on weekly rewards despite completing the requirements correctly, especially when consistency is expected from weekly content.

I kindly request:

• Investigation into this quest progression bug
• Either a manual credit of the missed rewards or a fix to ensure proper tracking going forward

Many players invest significant time into completing weekly objectives, and issues like this reduce trust in the reward system. I hope this can be acknowledged and resolved soon.
