Hello EA Team,

 

I’m facing an issue with FC Mobile that appears to be a system bug.

 

After switching from Android to iOS (iPhone 15 Pro Max) and logging in with the same EA account, I can no longer access my FC Mobile account properly. The game does not load as it used to, and my progress is not accessible.

 

I have already tried reinstalling the game, logging in/out of my EA account and Game Center, checking region settings, and network troubleshooting.

 

EA Help informed me that this has been marked as a potential bug and recommended posting here for further investigation.

    Thank you for sharing the steps you've tried and including that screenshot. We have a thread open on this error message, so I've merged your report over here. Could you please try these steps and see if they help resolve that error message?

    Hey there! Please double-check that the time, date, and region on your device are set correctly. If you changed your region, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Just make sure your account is linked first so your progress is saved.
