Purchased 3 drafts with 9000 gems, and drafts not credited.
Give back my 9000 gems or 3 drafts immediately otherwise how can I spin remaining 9 drafts for guaranted pool A, you guys has stole my luck, as a Free to play it is not easy to get those many vouchers, and when I managed to claim that much gems who guys are robbing my gems, do a justice to it otherwise I will left the game and will advice everyone to delete it on my YouTube channel.

We can't really look into missing content here on the forums. I'd recommend first completely restarting the game in case that makes them show up, but otherwise I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team via the in-game help option so they can take a look into this for you.
