My account was banned even though I didn't use any cheats, and I had accumulated 1200 items in the "glarious eras" event. Because my account is banned, I can no longer use those items.😢

Is there anything you can do with the items I collected from the Glarious Eras event?

We can't look into bans/suspensions through the EA forums, but it'd be good to have our Terms of Service team double-check that for you. You can reach them using the steps below:
If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
