My account got banned for no reason when I opened the game in the morning like any other day and found my account to be suspended . It's not even showing in my penalty history relating to my ban in fc mobile

Can I atleast know the duration of the ban as no information of the ban is showing in the penalty history tool and in the game also it is showing 'for hours' what does this mean?
