I'm sorry for having to report this, but my Ea FC MOBILE account is currently Banned, there been a Mistake of it because i'm not hacking are first. Second, when i was in match, I'm just Test my two new Winger in H2h and VSA match, for couple 2-3 match and then i got banned. No single Reason whatsoever.

That error message does suggest there's a ban in place. We can't check this out for you through the EA Forums, but our Terms of Service team can investigate it for you if you think there's been a mistake. You can reach them using the steps below:
If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
