Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Hello EA Support,

My EA SPORTS FC Mobile account was temporarily suspended with error code 0x00102710.

The in-game message stated that the suspension was for “a number of hours”.

The suspension started yesterday at 12:00 AM, and more than 24 hours have now passed, but the account is still suspended.

I have not used any cheats, bots, VPN, or third-party tools, and I believe this may be an automated or mistaken suspension.

I kindly request a review of my account and confirmation of the suspension status.
