Fixture festival token

I did not receive the fixture festival tokens that I collected from extra time, exchanged them, claimed them and even after checking in notifications, I did not receive them

There was an issue with extra time. I'd say that you wait 24 hrs from the last patch; if still not there, raise a case with EA via the in-game menu stating missing content.
