Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Hello Support Team, I've been playing the game for about 4 years and haven't violated any of the game's privacy policies. I was surprised to receive a message from the game stating that my account has been disabled for a period of time. I've been waiting for two days for the ban to be lifted, but the account is still blocked, and I don't know why. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you, Support Team.

Thanks for reaching out. This is the EA Forums you're engaging on, not the support team, but neither of us can look into bans for you. You would need to connect with EA's Terms of Service team. They handle bans and suspensions and can check out your ban case for you if you pop in a ban appeal. Please follow the steps pinned to the top of this thread to submit your appeal.
