Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Good day to you all, I just got back from university school and decided to play the  game. All of a sudden I saw a message showing “sorry your account got suspended for hours” I was shooked, cause this is the only game I play on my mobile device. This happened few days ago around 4-5PM Nigerian time. Wednesday 17 December. The next day was the day the new event will come out and I was excited. Now that my account got suspended for no reason is pissing me off. Pls find a solution to this problem. This is my uid *snip* NVM is the username. I’ll be expecting a reply to this. THANK YOU

    Hi q7vfdhhib100​,

    I've edited out your UID as these boards are public/visible to everyone, so it's best to keep your UID private/not publicly posted. 

    For help looking into your suspension, you'll need to connect with our Terms of Service team. That can't be done through the EA Forums, but if you follow the steps pinned to the top of this thread, you'll be able to send in a ban appeal if you feel there's been a mistake with the ban applied to your account.

    Ok thanks you, how do I connect with your Terms and condition service team cause I’ve been trying this sight help.ea.com but it keeps saying error 500 internal server
