Dear Support Team,

I am writing to sincerely apologize for the actions that led to the suspension of my account (ID: *snip*). My account was suspended today due to the use of unauthorized software (hacks), and I fully admit my mistake and take complete responsibility for this violation.

I now realize how such behavior negatively impacts the integrity of the game and the experience of other players. I want to assure you that I have deleted all infringing software and I pledge to never repeat this mistake. I am fully committed to following the company's terms of service and fair play guidelines in the future.

I kindly request you to review my case and grant me a final opportunity to recover my account. I have invested a great deal of time and effort into building my team, and I truly value this game and its community.

I wish I could, but we can't investigate bans through the EA Forums. Our Terms of Service team handles bans and suspensions, and you can reach them using the steps pinned to the top of this thread.

However, contacting the Terms of Service (ToS) team is only advisable if you believe the ban was added by mistake/no rules were broken. There is no purpose in reaching out to the ToS team aside from that, as they will not overturn bans if the rules were broken, and creating appeals for legitimate bans adds more to the queue and causes the wait times to spike.

It can be a hard lesson to learn sometimes, but it's great to see the awareness and commitment to reform aspects in your post already.
