@Amrit1331 My first quesrion is where do you get that exchange? I don't have any exchanges except Mascherano and Henry.
The reason you don't have those other players offered is that they aren't Premier League and it looks like thats the condition

    This exchange is in the "Whats new" tab of Football Centre.

    And yes, thank you. The player having to be in the Premier League is the additional requirement not mentioned in the game.
