@Jaygoat4630 If you start the match before reset and finish it after then the system gets confused and you don't get awarded either quest - it's a bit of a pain, but don't play across reset and you will be fine

(and yeah - customer service won't be able to help you on this one - you will just have to wear the missed quest and move on)
