Disappearing of IOB arrows

You guys are making my progress in the game terrible recently the lob arrows just disappeared and the player run modifier disappeared too and even when I double press pass and through there is no lob it just gives out normal pass as you can see im the one having the ball ive tried recovering the arrows but nothing is happening I reported this issue about two weeks ago but you guys are not doing anything about it this issue is really frustrating
