This is happening with every redeem code I type ( it shows not valid , even though I copy it from official website

Sorry to hear that. There's a good chance the code you're entering is indeed invalid if you are also getting this error message.
What site are you checking the codes for? Could you link it?
What code are you trying to redeem? Is it also "FELICEREYES"?
