Redeem code bug
I can't redeem my code even though i put it in and i have sign into my account and entered the code but it said valid or expired and i have not entered the code yet

Hi there, could you please confirm which code you’re trying to redeem?
You can also try opening the redemption page in a new incognito/private tab to see if that helps.
