Redeem code error
I logged in into redeem code website in my fc mobile which i linked the same account to my game also but in website it shows this is is not registered in any game i checked it 10 time and refresh the page several times but problem is not solved

You could also try opening the page in a new incognito tab and make sure that autofill is not signing you into a different account. It may also be worth trying your other email address, just in case the game is linked to a different one.
