Redemption centre log in problem

got a login error, saying I couldn't redeem because I didn't have a FC account, and I simply didn't understand, because I was already logged in, both with Play Games and an FC account, and since then I haven't been able to redeem any codes. So I ask that you resolve my problem.

    Please double-check that you are logging into the web page with the exact same EA Account email that is linked to your game.

    Browsers often automatically log you into a different or saved profile without you realising it. Try checking your other emails and clearing your browser cache. Let us know if this helps!
