Request for a Review of an Unfair FC Mobile Account Ban

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing regarding the FC Mobile content creator known as Hika, whose account was recently banned. According to his statement, he was told that the ban was related to allegedly making in-game purchases and then requesting refunds or chargebacks.

However, he strongly denies ever doing this. He has stated that he did not request refunds for any purchases or attempt to exploit the payment system in any way.

This situation deserves a careful and thorough review. Banning an account based on an incorrect payment or refund record can have a serious impact, especially on a well-known content creator who has invested significant time and effort into the game and its community.

We respectfully ask EA to investigate the account and payment history again, verify all transactions carefully, and ensure that no mistake or false detection has occurred. If there is evidence behind the ban, it would also be fair to clearly explain the specific transaction or issue that led to this decision.

Please give this case a proper manual review and reconsider the ban if it was issued incorrectly.

Thank you for your time and attention.

  • Hey wyj1l5e3x8dz,

When it comes to account actions that don't feel right, the owner of the affected account needs to follow these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you, as unfortunately, we aren't able to support or escalate account actions here on the forums.

Once that appeal is created, they can view its status through their case history page, and the ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete. Thanks!
