Re: Malen Bug Ruined Game

Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,

There was a bug in the Star Signings event involving the 119 OVR Malen card. The card was available for only 500 Star Shards instead of its usual 6,000, and players who purchased it could resell it for 1,500 Star Shards.

Unfortunately, I missed this opportunity because I wasn't aware of the bug in time. Other players were able to benefit from it, while players like me who missed it lost the opportunity to gain extra Star Shards.

I kindly request that you consider giving other players a fair opportunity to benefit from this bug or provide suitable compensation.

I understand that bugs can happen, but I hope you will consider fairness for the entire community.

Thank you for your time and understanding.
