Michael Olise 115 OVR Cannot Be Exchanged

When trying to exchange my 115 OVR Michael Olise (RM) for the 116 OVR Michael Olise (RF), the game does not recognize my player. It still shows 0/1 and says “No eligible items.” The player is not locked and is not in my active lineup. Even after restarting the game, the “Quick Add” button does nothing. Please investigate this issue.

    That's not the right player. It's his TOTY version. You can get him from the TOTY part of the event for free if you haven't already picked one of the players from there
