Request to Improve Player Experience – Luck & Shard System

Dear EA Sports Team,

I’ve been a dedicated FC Mobile player for a long time because I truly love the game. I enjoy the matches, the events, and the community—but lately, my experience has been affected by the current luck-based systems.

Despite consistent daily play and spending shards, I rarely get meaningful rewards or high-value players. It feels like my time and effort don’t translate into any meaningful progress. I want to continue enjoying the game, but the current system makes it frustrating and discouraging.

I respectfully request that EA consider adjusting the luck/shard mechanics to reward loyal players more fairly. I love this game, and I want to keep playing it—but please help make it fun again by giving dedicated players a chance to succeed without relying purely on luck.
