Resource Download Error [0x000003E8] - Division Rivals not working
Device: Samsung Galaxy A13
For the past few days I've been getting a "Resource Download Error [0x000003E8]" message when trying to play Division Rivals (VS Attack / H2H). It says to check internet connection or free up storage, but my internet is stable and I have enough free storage.
Also, since this issue started, player faces/models in the game are displaying incorrectly (distorted/wrong-looking faces on player cards and profiles).
Troubleshooting already tried:
- Cleared app cache
- Restarted the device
- Restarted the app
- Checked internet connection (stable, tested on both WiFi and mobile data)
Issue is still ongoing. Please advise or fix.
