Resource Download Error [0x000003E8]

Its been too long my have 28 gb storage and have good connection and whenever i play h2h randomly this error came up and i lost stars in h2h and this problem is form long time and came again and again i restart game even phonee, nothing happen 

Please do something

    Hi there. Thanks for reporting this issue. 

    1. Restart your device.
    2. Switch connection type and test again: try Wi-Fi if you were on mobile data, or mobile data if you were on Wi-Fi. Use a different network with strong Wi-Fi for the test. 
    3. Alear the FC Mobile cache if your device allows it.
    4. If you can still access the game menus, lower your graphics settings and remove any extra lineups you are not using, then try the affected match/event again.
    5. If the issue continues, reinstall the app. Please only do this if your FC Mobile progress is linked to a login method first.
