How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Vinicius Jr appears and says "Welcome back, play your first game" so Can't click anything, so I have to reload the game again (Remember!! I'm a player who just re-downloaded the game again)
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Sometimes the first time I log in every day

- @Zhulhaq If you have completed all of the intro quests and matches, then contact customer service via the in game settings menu and tell them that your account still has the intro flag on it despite completing all of the quests - they should be able to assist
