Reward loophole

Hi there, and welcome to ur forums.
What happens exactly when you try to claim the Guild rewards? Do you see any error message, or is the claim button unavailable?

Please also make sure the game is fully updated, then try restarting the game, clearing the app cache, and logging back in to see if that makes any difference.
