Reward not given

Hello EA support, 

I think I’ve encountered a bug with the Extra Time rewards. I got 9 Champion Tokens from Extra Time, and I also received Champion Tokens through my in-game mail.

I already had 5,400+ Champion Tokens, and with the rewards I received in the mail, my balance should have gone up to 6,000+. But after I collected the mail reward, the tokens still aren’t showing in my account.

It looks like I received and claimed the reward, but the tokens were never added to my balance.

Could you please check this and help me get the missing tokens back?
