reward problem
Yesterday around 6–7 PM, I purchased the Ligue 1 McDonald's Countdown Pack, but the lock did not open and I didn’t receive the rewards. I have attached the payment receipt below.

On August 7th, I bought the Ligue 1 package, everything came from Barcola, but the remaining prizes did not arrive, there were still many prizes to be won.
