Rewarded ads not appearing on Google/Facebook login (account-level issue)

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing an account-specific issue with FC Mobile related to rewarded ads.

On the same device, network, and settings:

When I log in using an EA Account, rewarded ads appear normally.

When I log in using Google Play or Facebook (the account I want to play), rewarded ads do not appear at all.

This indicates that the issue is not device-related, but tied to the account’s monetization or consent flags on the server side.

I would like rewarded ads to be enabled on my Google/Facebook-linked account.

Could you please check and reset the account’s ad/monetization settings or consent flags, and enable rewarded ads if possible?
