Rewarded un tradable player when I was supposed to receive tradable players in FC Mobile in Attack mode and Manager mode

I purchased a player from the market for approximately 1.5B coins.
The card has zero ranks and no upgrades applied.
The player is currently marked as untradeable despite being a market item.
Please check my account logs and purchase history.
