Rewarded untradeable player when I was supposed to receive tradeable players

In the TOTS Bundasliga reward path, I used 50 TOTS points to claim a TOTS Limited Pack. The pack had guaranteed rewards of 1 mixed version player 86-99 ovr, 2 mixed version players 75-99 ovr, 2 base players 65-74 ovr and 100,000 coins. I received an untradeable 98 ovr Ballack but those packs don’t award untradeable players. The Ballack reward should be tradeable
