Connection issue

I’m reporting a serious connection/rank issue in FC Mobile.

I was disconnected before the match even started and received a “bad internet connection” message. I checked my internet immediately afterward and it was working normally. Despite not even being able to play the match, I was still penalized and lost a star in ranked mode.

This is extremely frustrating because the disconnection was not something I could control, yet the ranking system treated it as if I had simply abandoned the match. Please investigate the connection logs for this game and review whether the lost star can be restored.

Ranked players should not be punished for a connection failure that occurs before the match has even begun.
