Rewards not received

FC Mobile Bug 

Tokens and PL badge not given after winning.

I am facing an issue in FC Mobile during the TOTS event, I completed a match challenge where I won the match and I completed all optional objectives.

However, I didn't receive the TOTS Tokens and I'm not sure the badge was credited either, as I already had a few.

Challenge: Win a Match + Optional Objectives

Result: Match won and objectives completed.

My account UID :removed

Please check and resolve this issue.
