Re: Roberto Carlos ( OVR 119 ) not added to club

Hello,

I claimed Roberto Carlos (OVR 119) from the Signings event using my shards. The required number of shards was deducted from my account, but the player has not been added to my Club.

I have already restarted the game and checked my Club with all filters removed, but Roberto Carlos is still missing.

Could you please investigate this issue and restore the player to my account if possible?
