Roberto Carlos ( OVR 119 ) not added to club

Subject: Missing Roberto Carlos (OVR 119) After Claiming from Signings

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my FC Mobile account.

I claimed Roberto Carlos (OVR 119) from the Signings event using my shards. The required shards were deducted from my account, but the player was never added to my Club.

I have already tried the following:

  • Restarted the game.
  • Checked my Club with all filters removed.
  • Searched for the player by name.
  • Reinstalled the game.

The issue still persists.

Platform: iOS
UID: [mod edit - removed UID, keep it safe]

Could you please investigate this issue and restore Roberto Carlos (OVR 119) to my account if the claim was successfully recorded?

    If after 24 hours, this has not synced up, you need to raise a case with EA Support via the in-game menu. Make sure that you state missing resources.  These issues cannot be solved on forums. Good luck.

    Hello,
